- D. Ray Mantle (www.mantleworks.com) presented "The New Face of Immigration Worksite Enforcement" at the June 13, 2008 meeting.
- Malcolm Wells (Litigation Solutions, Inc.) presented a power point and spoke on "Ten Ways to Mess Up E-Discovery" at the May 9, 2008 meeting.
- James Pennington (www.jeplaw.com) presented "Avoiding Pitfalls in Attorney-Client Contracts" at the April 11, 2008 meeting for which members received ethics credit.
- Thompson/Findlaw representatives dicussed "Internet Marketing for Law Firms" and provided lunch to the membership at the March 14, 2008 meeting.
- Chad Ruback presented "If You're Going to the Courthouse, Please File This for Me: Ten Documents Which Must Be Filed in the Trial Court to Preserve Error for Appeal" at the February 8, 2008 meeting
- Rex Hogue (Law Offices of Bolinger & Hogue, LLP) presented "Nightmare in Family Law - The Family Limited Partnership" at the January 11, 2008 meeting.
- A video presentation entitled "Practicing From the Shadows: Depression in the Legal Profession" was shown at the November 9, 2007 meeting.
- The Honorable Judge Chris Oldner (416th Judicial District Court) and the Honorable Judge John Roach, Jr. (296th Judicial District Court) discussed their views from the bench during the February 9, 2007 meeting.
